We've had a big secret to keep!! And MAN was it hard 🤫🤐

The Iron Salamander won best food truck in best of stateline 2023! This is the first year they held the food truck category, and our first year of operation.

We are incredibly grateful for the recognition and support from our following that allowed us to achieve this in such a short amount of time.

We pride ourselves in not being "just a food truck" and elevating the food truck scene!

It's been a very difficult and long first year full of hard lessons, as many small business owners can attest too! This makes all the hard work and sacrifices worth it.

We are looking forward to seeing you next season!

The very last private event of the season to conclude the 2023 year 💙

This is a very niche post however-

Out of all the amazing experiences we've had on the truck so far, we had the privilege of serving Jeff Curran off our truck today!

Thank you to Coach Darby and Amanda for having us out and congrats on the gym!!
