🔥🇮🇹 THIS WEEK’S SPECIAL — ITALIAN BEEF PIZZA 🇮🇹🔥
If you love a traditional Italian Beef Sandwich, you’re gonna want this one. 🤌🏼
We start with a garlic jus base, then load it up with Italian beef slow-simmered right in our Wood Fired oven with pepperoncinis, banana peppers, onions & Italian spices.
It’s topped with roasted red peppers, mozzarella & provolone, then fired until hot, bubbly & melty. Once it comes out of the oven, we finish it with giardiniera for that perfect tangy, spicy bite. 🔥
Basically, we took everything you love about a traditional Italian Beef Sandwich and turned it into a Wood Fired pizza.
And seriously… it is DELICIOUS. 🤌🏼🇮🇹🍕🔥

Three days… three stops… and one ridiculously good specialty pizza hitting the oven this week. 🤌🇮🇹
📍 THURSDAY, AUGUST 13 — BETHLEHEM, WV
We’re kicking things off at Grisell State Farm Agency for lunch!
⏰ 11–2ish

Then we’re packing it up and heading to the Bridgeport School Ribbon Cutting! 🎉
🔥 We’ll be fired up & ready to serve by 5 PM

📍 FRIDAY, AUGUST 14 — MOUNDSVILLE
🎶 Jefferson Second Friday on Jefferson Street!
We’ll be ready to sling pizzas around 5:30ish and keep ’em coming until we sell out!

🍺🍕 SATURDAY, AUGUST 15 — BREW FEST! 🍕🍺
We’re heading to Water Street in Wheeling for one of our favorite events of the year! Great beer, great music, great food and ALWAYS a damn good time. If you’ve been before… you already know. 😏

🇮🇹 THIS WEEK’S SPECIAL — ITALIAN BEEF PIZZA 🇮🇹
Ohhhhhhh, this one is GOOD. 🤌
We start with a garlicky jus base, then pile on our house-made, oven-roasted Italian beef that’s been slow cooked with pepperoncinis, peppers, onions, garlic, a little heat and ALL the good stuff. 🔥
Then comes sweet roasted red peppers, mozzarella & provolone before it hits the Wood Fired oven until golden and bubbly.
And when it comes out?
A big ol’ helping of giardiniera over the top. 🤤
Basically… an Italian beef sandwich and a Wood Fired pizza had a baby. 🇮🇹🍕😂

We're Hitting The Road!!

🎶🔥 BLUES FEST WEEKEND IS HERE! 🔥🎶
We are SO pumped to be back for one of our absolute favorite weekends of the year! We’ve been doing the Blues Fest for many years now, and it’s one of those events we look forward to every single time.
The lineup…the people…the atmosphere…and that beautiful setting right along the scenic Ohio River in downtown Wheeling — it seriously doesn’t get much better. ❤️
We’re also pretty lucky to be set up right in front of our great friends at Waterfront Hall…a place that will always be pretty special to us. 🖤
We’re incredibly proud to be part of such an awesome event right here in Wheeling, and we’re ready for THREE DAYS of blues, cold drinks, good people…and, of course, some damn good Wood Fired Pizza. 🍕🔥🎶
