Our beloved "Teddy", the best husband, father and pappou too.

He was the kindest, warmest and most gentle soul.

Eleftherios Teddy Piandes, 80, of Arlington and Woburn passed away peacefully May 26, 2024 at home surrounded by his family. Immigrating to Arlington from Greece in 1966, he lived in Cambridge for a few years before returning to Arlington once he was married to raise his family. He would run

Teddy's is looking for servers! Our full-time crew is going back to school! Join this small, longtime Belmont breakfast & lunch institution for shifts on Tuesdays - Sundays from 7:00am - 2:00pm (Sunday until 1:00). Prior experience a plus!

Tomorrow is Teddy’s Officially Official Last Day. 😃

We are so grateful that Teddy stayed on to see us (Atha & Nick) through these first few weeks and walked us through the ropes. We are forever grateful for Teddy’s support and confidence in us to carry on the welcoming home and community he built on Common Street.

Please join us tomorrow, Sunday, at 12:30pm for a small celebration to toast to our dear friend and our unofficial mayor of Belmont! 🥰
