Belmont Food Pantry Est. 1992, Belmont Food Pantry is a non-profit (501c3), volunteer-led organization that provides non-perishable groceries to residents of Belmont, MA.

Serving Belmont, MA, residents - at over 200 people per month! - we provide non-perishable food, bath and home supplies, and more to those needing assistance. Located in the Belmont Town Hall, 455 Concord Ave Belmont MA, we strive to keep our residents in need supplied with food and everything they need to do more than survive.

Hello all - a friendly reminder that this Saturday is the Letter Carriers Food Drive. Leave your food donations by your mailbox, the carriers will pick them up and bring them to the Belmont Food Pantry.

Note: the Pantry will also be open Saturday, 2-4:30 pm, to accept donations. The Pantry be open during regular hours on Saturday May 17, 8-10am and Sunday May 18, 1-2:30pm to accept donations.

The pantry will NOT be open Memorial Day weekend! Thanks for your continued support of the Belmont Food Pantry.

Dear Friends - Saturday, May 10, 2025 is the annual National Association of Letter Carriers “Stamp Out Hunger” Food Drive. Our own Belmont Letter Carriers will collect non-perishable food donations from Belmont residents and bring the donations directly to the Belmont Food Pantry. Since launching in 1993, the National Association of Letter Carriers’ annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive has grown into the nation’s largest one-day food drive, helping to fill the shelves of food banks in cities and towns throughout the United States. Simply leave your donation of non-perishable food in a bag near your mailbox on the second Saturday in May, and your letter carrier will do the rest. The Belmont Letter Carriers, their family and friends give of their time to support our community and our heartfelt thanks, and appreciation goes out to them. The following is a suggested list of needed food items to donate: oatmeal; tuna fish; canned vegetables; dried beans; rice; peanut butter & jelly; pasta & sauce; brownie & cake mixes; canned fruit; snacks; and toiletries.

Hello All - a reminder that even though tomorrow is Town Day, the Belmont Food Pantry will be open during its regular hours. Leonard Street will be closed from the M&T Bank to Alexander Ave but there is still easy access in & out of the Town Hall parking lot.
