After several months of struggling with this decision, it is with bittersweet emotions that Lou and I have decided to close Cotoletta Belmont Hills.
As many of you know, we have put our heart and soul into this restaurant for the last 5 years. However, at this time, we have decided not to move forward with investing any more time, money and energy into a building that we do not own.
Cotoletta Belmont Hills has allowed us to meet so many wonderful people, many of whom have become great friends and family.
We appreciate all of the love and support that everyone has shown during our time in Belmont Hills.

We hope everyone will continue to visit us at Cotoletta Fitler Square!
