Before the cooler weather rolls in, our community coat rack is officially outside again, and it stays out 24/7 for anyone who may need it!

Need a coat? Please take one.
Have a clean, gently used coat in good condition that you’d like to pass along? Leave one.

No sign-ups. No questions. Just neighbors looking out for neighbors. Please know that we are only accepting coats for all ages, and no other clothing attire. Help us spread the word + share with someone you think might need one.

Main Street may be under construction, but your time with us doesn’t have to be. 🚧☕️🫶

As road work continues through Bellville, we’ve been told construction will eventually make its way right in front of The Perk’s parking lot. We don’t have an exact date yet, but we’re getting ahead of it so you’ll know exactly where to park when it does!

We’ve mapped out a few alternate parking options + routes to help keep your coffee runs, lunch dates, work meetings, and slow mornings with us as easy as possible during that time. 🫶

Construction may change the way you get here for a little while, but The Perk will still be open, brewing, cooking + ready to welcome you in to your neighborhood living room. And every visit during seasons like this makes a difference for all of the small businesses like our along Main Street. ☕️💚

If you spend enough time at The Perk, you start to recognize the little rhythms that make this place feel like home. Like your neighborhood living room.

These ladies are part of that rhythm. They come in regularly, gather around the game table, order their drinks, deal their cards, and settle in for a few rounds filled with conversation, laughter + a little friendly competition.

And we love that.

The Perk isn’t just meant to be a place you simply grab a coffee or meal and leave. We want it to be the kind of place where you have a table you naturally gravitate toward, people you look forward to seeing, and enough time to stay for just one more hand. ☕️💚
