Here at The Gathery, we’re a farm to table scratch kitchen. That phrase gets used a lot, so here’s what it actually means for us.

Our meat comes from ranches nearby rather than showing up wrapped from a warehouse three states away. And our produce is sourced from farms close enough to drive to, which is why the menu changes when the seasons do.

It also means your food gets made after you order it, which takes a few more minutes than you might be used to. We think it’s worth the wait. We’d rather you settle in, order a coffee, enjoy the company you came with, and let us cook it right.

We’re excited to bring Chef Chris’s supper clubs to Bellville!

If you knew Chef Chris before he came to The Gathery, you may have already experienced one. Our supper club will happen on the third Wednesday of every month, each featuring a thoughtfully curated theme and menu.

First up: a bourbon pairing dinner on Wednesday, October 21st at 6:30 PM. Chef Chris is creating five courses, each paired with a bourbon cocktail chosen to complement the dish. 🥃

Five courses, five drinks, and an evening of good conversation.

$125 per person.

If you’re coming in for dinner this evening and can’t decide, get the ribeye. Trust us.

This 16oz cut is locally sourced and dry-aged for two weeks, served over roasted winter squash with mushroom escabeche and red w**e jus. It’s definitely a must try on our fall menu!

Our dinner menu is available Thursday through Saturday. Come spend some time with us, and gather around the table here, at The Gathery. 🍽️
