We want to update you on some things going on. We, like many other small businesses, are finding it challenging to get ahead with costs increasing. We acknowledge that everyone is struggling with the same thing - trying to live a good, dignified life in a downward economy.
We wouldn't be here without you and we want to make sure we are fulfilling your coffeehouse needs.
For now, our first step is to reduce hours and staff. Payroll is one of our biggest costs. We hope this is just for a few weeks, and we will start adding hours back in as we can. Our new hours will be
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9-2, and
Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 9-3.
As always, we appreciate your patience when we are busy.
As worker owners, we want to make the Flat Iron the best it can be for you. With our shared responsibility and collective efforts, we can keep going for all of us.
