From me to you I have enjoyed this journey over the years providing the Best of Louisiana Cajun/Creole flavors to the surrounding community, enjoyed meeting and serving all our tremendous patrons, friends and guest. I have decided to leave you with the best memories of Friday's, and have decided to Retire and enjoy the special things in life, Children, Grandchildren and Great grands and my loving right hand.
