David's Spicy Salmon Rub David's Spicy Salmon Rub A variety of spices, majority organic, are combined for a tasty salmon spice. It is sold with or without brown sugar.

It is mixed, packaged and labeled by Wonderland Teas and Spices.The proceeds benefit NSEA - Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association. Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring sustainable wild salmon runs in Whatcom County. David is a Ferndale High School junior who wants to do something positive for his community and environment. Dav

id is enjoys the outdoors including fresh and saltwater fishing. He would like to see our beautiful nature surrounding us, including our salmon runs, sustained to be enjoyed by generations to come. By creating this spice packet, he encourages people to get together and share a salmon meal, and celebrate the relationship of community and supporting NSEA.

Will be sold at the Ferndale Public Market July Saturdays: 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th. Will be sold at the NSEA Salmon by the Bay events at Boundary Bay on June 18th and August 18th. Note: The salmon burgers sold at the NSEA Salmon by the Bay event on June 18th will be prepared with David's Spicy Salmon Rub.
