The Miso Earth Gem cookies in action. A little salty and little sweet. A rich brown sugar and miso dough with non-dairy m&m style candies and topped with some flaky sea salt. *pro tip, you gotta try the dirt cup with one of these cookies. Trust me.

Hey hey! We’ve got a switch up in our schedule this week. Here’s what we’ve got going on:

Thursday: ❌CLOSED. Sorry for the inconvenience, due to an essential ingredient supply issue we need to be closed this Thursday.

Friday: business as usual! Find us at 4pm until 8pm.

Saturday: we are SO EXCITED to be back at again this year. You can find us set up at Bellingham High School from 11am until 1pm.

We’re gonna have the classics again this week along with some dill pickle potato salad! Pics to come.

🍓Grabbed some rhubarb from at the market on Saturday and just had to make custard cups. Poundcake smothered in coconut vanilla custard and topped with strawberry-rhubarb sauce and crunchy brown sugar oats. Sweet, delightfully tangy and with those lil cRuNcHiEs?? Please it’s so good.

This warm weather has me thinking about picnics and potato salad. So I’m bringing out the Gochujang Sweet Potato Salad. Sweet potatoes, yams, scallions, shredded carrots and fresh Nappa cabbage in a slightly spicy gochujang dressing and topped with toasted sesame seeds. YUM

SATURDAY: 5/2 10am-2pm

We’re bringing back the lemongrass banh mi that features our roasted soy curls marinated with lemongrass and tucked into a hoagie roll with pickled daikon & carrots, sliced jalapeño, fresh cilantro with mayo, hoisin sauce and sriracha.

Alongside that, we’ve got another custard cup with poundcake, coconut vanilla custard, citrus curd, and jammy blueberries.

We’re bringing back the Asada tacos this week, but this time fully gluten-free. They’ve got asada marinate soy curls, fresh pico de gallo, crema and radish. Also back this week is the bacon & brassicas side and the quesadilla.
