You all were so amazing in helping us find our new hostess, that we thought maybe you could help us again!
We are looking to add a line cook to our team. Right now I have two or three shifts available...day hours from 8am to 2pm. The right person would have experience cooking breakfast on a flattop, in a fast paced restaurant .
I feel like I shouldn't need to add this but i do...this person must have a good attitude, be a team player, willing to jump in and do dishes if needed, reliable transportation, be teachable, be on time, work quickly but efficiently and be attentive to detail, clean up after themselves, help with side work, communicate well, want to stay at job longterm and grow with them...the list can go on, but i digress....

Is this too much to ask???? Haha! It's tough out there folks...anywhooo...if you cook and thrive in a busy and organized environment, drop your resume by the Diner...or send to [email protected]

One of the best parts of working and living in this community is that we get the opportunity to support local, support our youth, support our schools, and give back! It doesn't always have to be financial...it can simply mean stopping by to see Pepper the pig at the NWWA Fair, because the girl who raised him, works for you, and she matters!

Sometimes we have to learn things the hard way....lets just say we NOW know where ALL the water shut off valves are, in and outside the diner.
Thanks to everyone for their patience and understanding during our little mishap of a water hose coming disconnected from the dishwasher. We had to close early to do some extra mopping. The safety of our customers (as well as the safety of my staff) was our top priority!
Thanks to my staff for thinking quickly, taking care of our guests, rallying and getting the mess cleaned up! Appreciate you all!
Special thanks to the young gentleman who helped us find the main water shut off...please come back so I feed you and yours...my treat!

All is fixed and EXTRA clean, and we will see you all this weekend!!
