Named for the centerpiece of our kitchen, the Acunto Mario Classico 10. Weighing 3 tons and handbuilt in Naples, Italy, it burns Yakima applewood to reach over 800 degrees and create perfectly blistered, Neapolitan-inspired pizzas in 2 minutes. We make our dough using unenriched flours that are naturally leavened using an old-world yeast culture and hand-stretch our fresh mozzarella daily. L

Heads up! “All You Can Eat” returns to Ovn Wood Fired Pizza TOMORROW! Monday, June 29th from 4:00pm-8:30pm

Restaurant will be closed during our normal operating hours as we use the morning and afternoon to prepare for “All You Can Eat”. Doors officially open at 4:00pm on a first come - first-serve basis. All 3rd party and to go applications will be shut down for the day.

$24.95 per person: includes salad bar and all you can eat pizza by the slice. 🍕

We’ve been getting creative with our off-menu pizza in 2026 in preparation for “AYCE” and we are bringing back some crowd favorites as well from last year. Let us know what you would like to see return and we will do our best to accommodate for round-two in July! As beautiful as the song and dance of the service industry can be in full-swing, it is cathartic to be reminded of the moments of stillness, quiet precision, intentionality, and humanity that exists simultaneously within the calculated chaos of a day of industry work.

There is so much charm and artistry in our process and we are so grateful that you all keep coming back for more, perpetually fueling our creative drive and desire to improve our product and standard of service every day. We had a blast over + Memorial Day Weekend slinging pies in the great outdoors! It was a pleasure to feed all of the athletes & spectators that were in attendance.

Big thank you to Hovander Homestead Park for hosting our food truck and to Whatcom Events for continuing to crush it in 2026 with the community driven festivities!

Congratulations to all the participants in this year’s race! Inspiring us over here at Ovn to potentially get a team together for 2027 👀
