Perhaps you never really look close to rice noodles that much. Rice Noodles originated during the Qin dynasty and have been consumed for more than 2,000 years in China, northern cooks tried to prepare "noodles" using rice, thus inventing rice noodles. In Yunnan province, they are ubiquitous to the locals no matter for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Now the rice noodle soup is available in Bellevue, in our restaurant 😊
