Chef Bobby Moore and Winemaker Jean-François Pellet have come together to create a unique and elevated multi-course dinner, thoughtfully paired with wines from Amavi Cellars and Pepper Bridge Winery.
This culinary and wine collaboration will highlight the bounty of the season, as Chef Bobby and Jean-François guide guests through each course-sharing insight, stories, and a glass along the way.
