We are honored to be partnering with Kirk Schuster & Crew for the 5th Annual Allicyn Schuster Memorial Poker Run. Not only are they giving us this opportunity to generate some much needed funds after our fire, but they are raising funds for early access to mental health resources, and also supporting women’s wrestling in Nebraska and women in the trades working with their hands every day.

Allicyn was one of our favorite customers and brought much joy into our lives whenever she bounced through our doors with her smiling face. Come support this worthy cause—check out all the raffles, listen to music, eat food, and have fun. We are ALLIN4ALLI

We are so happy to see some progress!

Logan Roeber and his talented crew at Tree, Shrubs and more, trimmed and refreshed our landscaping to give the grounds a happy facelift.

Quality Irrigation replaced all the drip lines in our garden beds.

Our own Carlos Martinez and Stephanie Francois have been working diligently to get the vegetable garden and flower beds prepared and planted.

Our Architect, Ralph Gladbach, dropped off our building plans at City of Bellevue Permits office on Thursday, 21 May 2026. Now we anxiously await for their approval to begin reconstruction.

Our Contractor, Rick Menichetti, PDI Construction, has started demo in preparation for the reconstruction once permits are approved.

Heimes Plumbing were the first ones there last week, followed by Dave Compton’s crew at DC Electric.

Anxious to see what progress happens this week.

We are so thankful that the Eagles have welcomed us into their facility, but we are very happy to see a glimmer of hope of being able to return to our own restaurant.

Shout out to our creative Stephanie Schendt for working hard to keep everyone informed of the dates/times we are operating at the Eagles in Bellevue. Make sure you check out her amazing window painting skills at Stella’s as well our Facebook posts.

Please keep in mind that we desperately need your support at the Eagles to get this restoration done! So, come on down!
