A little throwback at Walt’s!

A customer suggested we try this sandwich. It’s one that used to be served at bars when it was really hot out. So, of course I had to give it my own twist with a special marinade!

Pork tenderloin, marinated, perfectly baked, sliced thin and served cold on a bun with onion.

Have you ever heard of bars serving pork tenderloin this way?

We may have gone a little overboard with this one…

SWISS MUSHROOM DOUBLE SMASH BURGER

We took a double smash burger and decided it needed to be a little ridiculous.

Two crispy smash patties.
Melted Swiss.
Sautéed mushrooms.
Brown gravy.

And yes… we’re pouring that gravy right over the top. Because apparently we have no self-control.

By itself for $11 but if you want fries, $12.

Grab some extra napkins. You’re gonna need ’em.

Regular $5 burger with fries is still available.

If you’re a fan of Lake Erie perch, you already know what good fried fish should taste like. Our zander hits that same sweet spot — light, flaky fish with our light & crispy breading that doesn’t overpower it. Add to that our homemade tartar sauce and you’ve got a damn good fish dinner!

And at $15 with fries & coleslaw, you can actually afford to enjoy dinner without taking out a second mortgage.

We’ve served this before, and you guys loved it. So naturally, we’re bringing it back.
