4 Years ago we started.
I was so eager to get everything going. An idea that came to fruition in the Summer of 2019, We started with an All White Tent I got from Walmart at the Bellevue Farmers Market in 2020, we were selling out every week, I knew I had something special with this business. I saved everything up and I bought a custom tent and menu sign in early 2021 and started Grinding it out with the tent set up, we were doing 6-8 events every month and I was still working a regular job but I finally made enough money for a trailer in 2022.
Fast forward to 2025, I run 2 Food trucks now, Sweet Treats Mini Donuts and Smash Bites, next month we have 42 Events booked. Life is crazy.
I've always been the most relentless & persistent person, Everything is self made. I make & design everything on my own, I make the ads, the websites, do the photoshoots, edit the shoots, make the menus etc.
We've made some great friends in the food truck game as well, Izzy's Pizza, Family Traditions, La Cabinta, Papillon Taco Guy, Corn dog Co. & Many Others.
These trucks I have now, are only the beginning, much much more to come!
