We are in the process of switching our country fried steak from a frozen pre breaded beef fritter to a sirloin steak that we will cube and hand bread in house. Tell me what you think. Thank you.

We are closed today due to a family emergency. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

We finally have new air conditioning. The old unit was beyond repair. We will be offering milk shakes, floats and other ice cream desserts very soon. If you have any suggestions for menu changes or specials that you would like, please let us know. Drop in to see us and cool off.

I want to clarify something about the last post. I know that in any business thing can and will go wrong. I just want people to know that I will always try to make things right. I don’t ever want people to feel like they can’t come to me with it. I won’t ever just ignore the problem. It is not rude to tell me about a problem.

I am not often in the front of the house. I am usually in the prep room working. I would like to ask that any customer who has a problem with anything concerning food or service ask to see me. I will always make time to address it and find a solution to it. I think I have done a disservice to my customers by not being as visible as I once was. I can’t fix something if I don’t know it needs fixing, so please if you have a problem with food or service let me know. I have been here a long time and we have the best customers anyone could ask for but we are not perfect. I will try my very best to make your experience here a good one.

I am not sure if we will be open tomorrow or not.
If we have power tomorrow and the driving condition are good, we will be open. If the driving conditions make it unsafe for employees to come in, we will be closed.

The best thing to do is call before you come in.
