There aren’t many old photos of Andi behind the bar, which makes this one extra special. ❤️

From bartending back in the day, to owning The Hublersburg Inn, to coming full circle and opening her own business in the Gamble Mill, it’s been amazing to watch her journey. We couldn’t be happier to have Andi back where so many memories were made, creating new ones and continuing her story here.

Cheers to old memories, new beginnings, and everything in between. 🥂

Our Chef Thomas Happy Valley Chef will be at Titan Hollow tomorrow Sunday July 19th from 2 to 7pm serving up woodfired pizza. Come get just a little taste of what's to come.

Chef Thomas Novosel has news, and it smells like wood smoke and something new.

The mind behind is joining forces with Andi Heidt of to open Grist Woodfired .gamblemill, a new restaurant taking root this September inside Bellefonte's historic Gamble Mill. Two Centre County kitchens, one fire.

This Sunday, July 19th, from 2 to 7pm, Thomas is firing up his wood-fired oven at The Hollow, the same pizza that built Happy Valley Chef, plus a preview of what's headed to Bellefonte this fall.

Come to The Hollow & stay for a spell.
