Honestly? Sounds like a pretty good night to us.

A brand-new pizza with a little south-of-the-border attitude.
It starts with a minced garlic base, mozzarella, tender carnitas, pickled red onion, and corn salsa. Then we take it up a notch after the bake with Cotija cheese, green chili jam dollops, and a sprinkle of crystallized lime powder. 🍕🌶️🍋‍🟩

But if you tell anyone you're headed to Six Hundred Downtown, there's a very good chance they'll say:
"Get the garlic knots."
And honestly? They're not wrong. 👀
Soft, buttery, garlicky, and dangerously easy to tell yourself you'll "just have one."
