Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing well.
I have a question.
What kind of place would you like to see in this plaza? We are having a hard time finding a renter and if anyone is thinking about a business , I thought this may help.
Here are some thoughts that I thought of,

All day breakfast, more breakfast items then lunch/dinner

BBQ

How about a polish/ European type place?

Change gears and focus more on candy/ice cream

Or really change gears and have a shop that has party/ bakery making items? (I made some contacts while in business) i know our closest is greensburg and north Versailles.

Or what is your idea? What do you think will do well in this plaza?

Unfortunately this is our last week , we have jewelry $1.00, metal signs $3.00, giftware 50% off excluding wreaths,

Donuts and bagels are $1.00 each while supplies last.
If none are in case, just ask.

We are selling tables and shelving in the shop if anyone needs anything.
