Today we officially open breakfast at The Table here at Ellis Farm Store!

To say we’re excited would be an understatement… and yes, we’re a little nervous too! 😊

This has been a dream that has come together in a very short time, and while we’ve worked hard to prepare, we know there will be a few bumps along the way. We ask for a little grace as we learn, grow, and make The Table everything we hope it will become.

Our goal has never been just to serve breakfast.

Our goal is to create a place where friends gather, neighbors become family, conversations happen, and no one has to eat alone.

Whether you stop in for a cup of coffee, biscuits and gravy, toast, or just a friendly “Good Morning,” we’re excited to welcome you.

🌞 Tomorrow is the day… and we’re excited! 🌞

Well…here we go! 😊

Tomorrow morning we officially open The Table here at Ellis Farm Store, and I’ll be honest…I’m a little nervous! This is something we’ve been working toward for a while, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone.

Since it’s our very first morning, I ask for just a little grace as we learn, make adjustments, and settle into our new routine. Like any new adventure, we’ll probably have a few bumps along the way, but we’re excited to serve our community and create a place where everyone feels welcome.

🎣 This is where I reset.

After a long day at Ellis Farm Store, taking care of customers, stocking shelves, and planning the next adventure, this is where I find my peace.

Just me, a couple of fishing poles, the water, and a little quiet.

Fishing reminds me to slow down, breathe, and appreciate the simple things. Sometimes the best catch isn’t a fish—it’s a clear mind and a grateful heart.

Tomorrow will bring another busy day, but tonight I’m just thankful for this view.

☕ A little note about The Table…

First, thank you.

The excitement and encouragement over this new adventure have truly touched my heart.

I’ve already had some wonderful questions about oatmeal toppings, add-ons, and other breakfast ideas.

The answer is…maybe someday. 😊

Right now, I’m starting with a simple menu and limited seating so I can give it my best while also running the farm store and making our fresh sub sandwiches each day.

As we learn what everyone enjoys and what works best, we’ll continue to grow together.

The Table was never meant to be about having the biggest menu.

It was meant to be a place to slow down, enjoy a simple breakfast, share a cup of coffee, and spend a little time together.

Thank you for your patience as we begin this new chapter.
