Yesterday was an amazing event. It gave out a few scholarships and had a kids cooking category among many other things. I would like to congratulate the winners, great job👏🏻👏🏻. Sometimes it isn't your day and sometimes it isn't your judges. Yesterday it just wasn't our judges. I thought our food we put out was really good food. We had a few last minute curve balls and the team knocked them out of the park. They kicked ass yesterday!! Here are a few pics from yesterday

Y'all. . . . .this Saturday is almost here!! What ya doing?? Come on out and have a good time and some good food!!! There'll be 20+ teams cooking with several teams from around the COUNTRY bringing their regional specialties to NOLA. But don't forget about your favorite cajuns!!!
