Rolling out the first Food Truck and Fun Food Festival in Houston featuring gourmet food trucks, fun food trucks, fun food vendors, two full days of live music, vendor village, interactive activities and a whole lot of fun. Foodies from across the City who seek out cutting edge culinary experiences and flavors will enjoy this two-day festival. Accomplished Chefs are “hitting the streets” with ventures beyond their established brick and mortar and taking their culinary expertise to key areas where foodies congregate. As the 4th largest city in America, and one of the most progressive and international, it’s only fitting that Houston’s Food Truck Festival be one of the country’s first, biggest and finest! Come out and enjoy live music, shop in the vendor village, relax in the beer and wine garden and of course enjoy the delicious creations of the Food Truck Chefs!

Fun Factoid for National Chili Cheese Dog Day.

Do you know where the Chili Cheese Dog was created? America for sure and we Texans love our chili. But did you know that in Los Angeles, Art Elkind claims to have invented the chili dog in 1939. Entire generations of Southern Californians will name "Pink’s" as the formative chili dog. Regardless of who invented the chili dog, it was here to stay. Generation of Americans eat chili cheese dogs in their cars—carefully, and with lots of extra napkins.
