I'm going to do 1/8 beef (same under 30 month steers no shots no hormones strict corn ration) packages. That's easy for me and I want to be helpful, you'll see why here.

These 1/8 beef packages are going to be aimed toward being for couples or small families who do want 3/4" steaks and 2 to 3 lb roasts with 1 lb ground beef packages!

For one they also want to be able to get the same deal as the folks getting 1/4's or more. Two: there's only two of them.

An 1/8 beef order is going to go like this, gonna keep it simple with two options.

Option one: Bone in (bone in rib steaks, bone in chuck roasts, bone in shoulder roasts, T Bones all steaks cut 3/4". Then 2 to 3 lb roasts and 1 lb ground beef packages.

Option two: Boneless (all steaks are boneless and cut 3/4". You'll have boneless ribeyes then new york steaks and filet mignon steaks. All roasts are boneless and 2 to 3 lbs. All ground beef packages are 1 lb packages).

Both options recieve sirloin steaks and tri tip roasts.

An 1/8 beef order is approx. (Could be less depending on hanging weight) $625.00

You get approx (very close just more accurate with hanging weight) 72 lbs of every steak and roast a beef has and 1 lb ground beef packages.

Good late Saturday morning!!

Our beef we sell is North Dakota born and raised.

Zero shots or hormones. Every critter that gets shots from being sick goes to the sale barn. Ask others what they do when they have to treat a sick critter.

4.90 a lb hanging weight.
Hanging weight is most fair cause you're already at your yield from live weight to hanging weight.

We always let you see what you are buying. I even test drive a truck before I buy it. So know what you're buying to eat.

We are in Mott but often bring you your meat if we are headed that way..

I've been doing this a long time and we are not seeing a better deal then this anywhere.
How are we able to do this? It's because together we've built a great relationship between ourselves and this North Dakota born and raised rancher.

Good morning, everyone.

So we have been processing a lot of beef for our Elementary Schools and High Schools. All the way from Dickinson to schools in South Dakota back to Mott/Regent and east past Bismarck.

We love processing beef and pigs for our kids at school. Let's be honest it's what they really need.

95% of what we process for our kids at school is beef actually donated by families and producers who's kids go to the school they are donating for. Sometimes their grandkids and such.

Now this is not a way to get people to do anything they wouldn't normally do. This is not a way for Whalen's Meat Packing to stack up the dollars. Whalen's Meat Packing donates the slaughter fees on each and every one of these criters going to our kids.

Some schools get more donated to them then others and some schools have not seen this at all.

If you and your family or situation has you tempted to help feed our kids at school go ahead and think about it. Talk to the school about this or just let me know. I can take care of all of the planning and arrangements, too.

This picture is hamburger the kids should be eating at school.

I've also decided to come down on sausage for the schools so they could still get country style without it costing too much since it could be 150 lbs at a time.

Whalen's Meat Packing, Mott ND take a look at our page these under 30 month steers no shots no hormones strict corn ration 4.90 a lb hanging weight including USDA inspected processing vacuum seal is included fill out your own cut sheet. Get your ground beef how you like it 701 824 6328 for any questions details or requests. Veteran and family owned. These steers are weighing 900 to 1100 lbs on the rail. 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef orders available. We have been having them dropped off every week, every Tuesday. People have been able to walk in, see them and buy them. We take their cutting instructions and they pick up within 3 weeks. 3 weeks depending on how many days the beef had already been hanging. Some within a couple days. Others have called and claimed their quarters, halves and whole before before the Tuesday they're dropped off. Just to be sure one is for them. We have four hanging now from this past Tuesday. 3 were claimed before and 1 was claimed after (for example how things could work).

I know people are thinking about fall and winter now.
Let us know if you'd like to get your critters in for this fall or winter.
We have spots available, the spots are available because we are growing and can accomodate more customers finally.
Everything we do is under USDA inspection.
USDA processing does NOT cost more with Whalen's Meat Packing.
It's just a part of our job as a butcher and processor to push ourselves and maintain the highest standards possible. Why wouldn't a guy want that for himself and team mates?
The USDA doesn't tell us what to do, that's a huge misunderstanding. We tell them what we do and they're here to see things maybe a guy didn't see. That's literally it, we invited them here to work together so you could have us process your critters.
We're not perfect, but we'll always stand by what we say and that's that we'll do a good job.
150 dollar slaughter and disposal
1.10 cut and wrap including 7mil plastic vacuum seal packaging or plastic paper hand wrap. Your choice.

Where do you live? We might deliver if we head that way. This is something we do often.
