Here are two of the Black Angus under 30 month steers carcasses that came in from Belfield this morning. There are many more and are available in 1/4's, 1/2's and whole beef orders. See you can pick all of your own cuts if you get a 1/4 just like if you got a 1/2 or whole beef. We can also get you grass fed and finished beef or let us know what requests you might have.

We have a whole beef getting dropped off from Shipkoski out of Belfield. I have half of it sold now if anyone wants a 1/4 or a 1/2 of this beef. It will be black and over 900 lb hanging whole on the rail.

Good afternoon, everyone! We have slaughter dates available we could fill if anyone wanted to get a beef or more in for processing.
Our Slaughter fee is 100 dollars and 50 dollars for disposal.
Our cut and wrap fees are 1.10 a lb hanging weight and that includes how lean you like your hamburger, vacuum seal or plastic paper hand wrap.
You choose your cuts and roasts however you like them.
We tie all of our roasts and have the option for snack sticks, summer sausage, country style, smoked or fresh bratwurst.

We have a solid 2 week turn around tho you often pick up the 3rd week if you have smoked meats or if we cut your beef the last day of the 2nd week.

Just throwing this out there.
We don't get beef from just one person.
We can get you beef from Belfield, Mott, Buela, Almont, Dickinson, South Dakota and other areas.
We can get beef from a feed lot or from a local 6 generation ranch with registered Angus.
We can get black or red or Hereford or Limousin or Wagyu
We can grass fed and finished
We can get certified organic grass fed and finished
We can get strict corn ration fed and finished.
Each of them come at a different cost and family of course, but if you're looking for anything in particular, just ask for what you're looking for.
Lot's of options and as you all know I'd only help you get what beef I would get for myself.

We have 1/4's, 1/2 and whole beef available. These are under 30 month Black Angus steers finished on a strict corn ration. The last 4 were all in the 950 lb whole hanging weight range.

They can be dropped off any week and be ready within 3 weeks from then.

This is Rob, I have been out of state for an important funeral.

The guys did a great job while I was gone and did their best to be reachable with the phone, best they could.

I am back and returning calls and messages.

We have smoked bratwurst we just packaged an put up front.
Original, Cheddar, and Jal/Cheese and these are bun sized length
These are 8 dollars a pound.
We also have Rib Eyes we can cut for anyone who would like them cut to their desired thickness.
