😂 True Story From the Food Truck Window…
One day someone walked up and confidently said:
“Can I get a grilled cheese… with no cheese?”
We did the math.
Bread + butter – cheese = 🤔
Turns out… they wanted toast.
So yes.
We made TOAST.
Running a Food Truck means hearing some of the funniest things imaginable when people order. After years of Food Truck life here in Belen, New Mexico, we’ve collected some pretty legendary moments.

🌞 Good Morning, Beautiful Belen... 🌞

We’ve missed you! 🧡 It’s been a long road full of paperwork, patience, and prayers — but we’re so excited to share that we’re this close to rolling back into action!

This Friday, we have our Fire Marshal inspection for Shake 'N Bake, and if all goes well, we’re hoping to have our business license in hand by Monday! 🙌

That means next week could be the official opening day for sweet treats and sticky fingers — and we can’t wait to see all your smiling faces again.

Thank you for cheering us on, for being the heart of what we do, and for believing in a couple of crazy food truck dreams. 💙💛
