A friend of mine is getting married today, she asked if I could make a little something to add to her reception table.💖 Had to go see my favorite farmer, at Dave's Natural Garden in Granby. Dave, thanks for the beautiful heirloom tomatoes!! Go see Dave today at the Belchertown Farmers Market, 10 - 2.

Summer Sundays are family days. No matter where you're headed, pack local veggies, fruit, cheeses, or even cooked meat for a satisfying picnic. When you shop at local farm stands and small markets, you're feeding the local economy as well as your family.

Here are some ideas:
🫐Try goat cheese from Thomas Farm & Dairy alongside beautiful berries from Kosinski Farms on top of a biscuit from Auntie Elsie's Oatmeal Crisps
🐔Roast a chicken from Reed Farm (purchase at River Valley Co-op), and place on a fresh salad crunchy veggies from Hart Farm
🌽Pick up corn and zucchini from Ciesluk Farmstand, add some zip with pepper jelly from Kushi Farm and The North Hadley Chili Pepper Company and make a chopped salad. Don't forget the cilantro from Red Fire Farm !
