Hi friends,

As Boards by Dana + The Grazing Room continue to grow, we’re looking to add a few great people to our team!

We’re currently hiring for several part-time positions:

Charcuterie & Catering Assistant
A long-term role helping with food prep, boards, catering orders, grazing tables, events and behind-the-scenes production.

Seasonal Retail & Charcuterie Associate
A holiday-season role helping customers in the shop, stocking and merchandising, packaging gifts and assisting with food prep when things are quiet up front.

Seasonal Event & Catering Assistant
A flexible, as-needed role helping with events, catering setups, workshops and busy production days.

We’re looking for people who are dependable, friendly, hardworking and comfortable jumping in wherever needed. Experience is always a plus, but attitude, reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn matter just as much to us.

Some positions are ongoing, some are seasonal and some are flexible, so there may be a fit for a variety of schedules.

Boards by Dana + The Grazing Room are hiring for several part-time roles as we head into a busy season of charcuterie, catering, events + holiday retail!

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking, friendly people who are comfortable jumping in wherever needed - whether that means building boards, prepping catering orders, helping with grazing tables, stocking the shop, assisting customers, packing holiday orders or supporting events.

Some roles are long-term, some are seasonal, and some are flexible/as-needed, so there may be a fit for a variety of schedules.

Boards by Dana is heading to Falling Branch Brewery for A Haunted Night of Charcuterie & Brews, a hands-on Halloween-inspired charcuterie workshop filled with good cheese, craft brews and plenty of spooky October fun.

During class, you’ll learn step-by-step how to create your own Halloween-inspired charcuterie board using cheeses, charcuterie and seasonal accompaniments.

Tickets are $70 per person and include:

We’re teaming up with The Red Thread Craft Club for a creative night at The Grazing Room!

Learn the art of block printing and create two custom artisanal tea towels using food, nature-inspired patterns and traditional stamps. Keep your one-of-a-kind creations for your own kitchen—or give them as thoughtful handmade housewarming or holiday gifts!

Your ticket includes all supplies, instruction and an individual charcuterie box to enjoy while you create.

A little look at one of this weekend’s grazes ✨

Layers on layers of charcuterie, seasonal fruit, crudités, Mediterranean bites, caprese, burrata + figs, plenty of cheese, all the little details… and so many flowers. 🌿🌸

I love when we get to create a spread that feels like part of the event itself — abundant, colorful, a little wild, and almost too pretty to eat.

This is our Multi-Dimensional Grazing Table style, designed with elevated boards, platters, props, florals + greenery to create that full, overflowing look from every angle.

Fall grazing season is officially here and I am VERY into it. 🍂
