There’s a lot of history behind The Princess Cafe. 🦞🦞

Long before Alex & Dino began their chapter in 1977, this building had already been welcoming people in Beecher for generations — from the Old Stage Tavern, to Joe Serdoz naming it The Princess Cafe, through the Pelligreno and Reiman years, and eventually to the Dousias family.

Different owners, different eras and more than 150 years of stories — but one location that has continued bringing people together over good food. 🍽️❤️

As we get closer to celebrating 50 years of Dousias family ownership, we thought it would be fun to look back at the incredible history that came before their chapter began.
