Please review our updated ordering policy:
Perishable Products (Brewed Tea):
-All freshly brewed teas must be picked up within 48 hours of the confirmed pickup time.
-If an order is not picked up within this timeframe,
the order will be canceled.
-A 25% refund of the total purchase amount will be issued.
-The remaining balance covers ingredient costs, preparation time, and product disposal.
Custom Tea Blends:
-If a custom tea blend requires an herb that is not currently in stock, a herb fee will be required to order the specific ingredient.
-This fee is separate from and in addition to the tea blend price.
-Orders requiring specialty herbs will not be processed until the fee is paid.
-Herb fees are non-refundable.
