In 2016, I received my Bachelor's Degree from Nicholls State University in Culinary Arts with a concentration in Patisserie. I have been pursuing my dream of becoming a pastry chef since around 2006. Most of my experience had been self taught until high school when I began my first job at a local bakery. I now have over 10 years of professional pastry and cake decorating experience.
