THERES NO LINE IF YOURE HUNGRY! We’re out of French bread, BUT WERE REPLACING IT WITH TORTAS OR HOAGIE! We’ve got everything but the olives for the muffaletta!

Things are going to look a little different today!!

We will be open 12-2
Closed 2-4
Reopen 4-??
We are already very low on food, there is no guarantee that we will be open until 7 today!
We are critically low on French bread!
With that being said… Once we are out of French bread, Cubanos and Grinders will be gone!
We will be removing menu signs as items run out! If something isn’t up on the menu, it is gone!

Please note, we will not be taking call in orders, we have stopped all 3rd party delivery services and have shut off ordering online.

To our beloved Bedford community,
It’s with the heaviest of hearts that we share some news we never thought we’d have to say — after 5.5 wonderful, challenging, joy-filled years, our small family-owned and operated business will be closing our doors for good.
This is not a decision made lightly, nor is it a sign that we’ve simply given up. We have poured our blood, sweat, and tears into this dream — building it from the ground up, facing every hardship head-on, and doing everything we could to make it work. Unfortunately, due to ongoing health struggles, unexpected circumstances, and the immense pressure that comes with running a small business, we've reached the point where we can no longer continue.
We are devastated. We are grieving. Our hearts are broken.
But in the midst of this heartbreak, we are also overwhelmed with gratitude. Over the past 5.5 years, we’ve experienced something truly special. We've witnessed customers turn into dear friends. We've run donation drives for causes we deeply believe in. And above all, we’ve been surrounded by a community — our community — that has supported us through every twist and turn.
Bedford, you have shown us love, kindness, and unwavering support. For that, we are eternally grateful.
💛 So, let’s go out on a high note. We invite you to join us for our Grand Closing Week — from Monday, September 22nd through Saturday, September 27th. Let’s not say goodbye in sadness, but celebrate all the laughter, the shared meals, and the memories we’ve made together.
Please note: we’ve received our final truck delivery, so once we run out of something, it’s gone. Also, we’ll be retiring a few favorites — the Bacon Tomato Ooey Gooey, the Veggie Ooey Gooey, and the BLT will be coming off the menu.
But what’s staying is our gratitude, our smiles, and our commitment to giving you the best send-off we can.
From the bottom of our hearts — thank you, Bedford. Thank you for giving us the chance to live our dream, for welcoming us into your lives, and for standing by us through everything.
Let’s make this a week to remember. ❤️�
