We have had several requests to bring back the Colossal Colossus so here it is! This sandwich features roasted pork loin, pulled pork, bacon, ham and topped with jalepeno slaw. There is a smear of herb cheese on bottom, mustard sauce on top and a drizxle of bbq somewhere in between..

Its gonna be a hot weekend made even hotter at Colossal when you add our spicy mayo to any sandwich. Made with Carolina Reapers and Ghost Chilis its a perfect compliment to a Jalepeno Cheddar Melt, Italian Grinder or even a Triple Decker Club.
Just had a Colossal Sandwich Shop sandwich party. Ordered one of EVERYTHING on the menu. We can now confirm that EVERYTHING on the menu is fantastic.
