Today I have to stand with my Employees.
Let me make something very clear.

-The customer is NOT always right when it comes to disrespecting my staff.-

We had a customer today who made one of my employees—a teenage girl—cry. Talking down to her and treating her with that level of disrespect is completely unacceptable.

I don’t care who you are—the customer is NOT always right when it comes to disrespecting my staff.

We work hard, we treat people with respect, and we expect that same energy back. That’s the standard here.

If you’re having a bad day or you’re just an angry person—that’s understandable. But if you bring that into my restaurant and take it out on my employees or my wife, you don’t belong here and you’re not welcome here.

And if you’re bold enough to call in and cause a scene, at least have the decency to explain what the issue is when the owner calls you back—not just throw threats around and hang up.

I stand behind my team 100%. They are good people, and they deserve to be treated like it.

And if you think it’s okay to come in here and make kids cry—try that when I’m here.

We love our customers, and most of you show us that love right back every day. That’s why we’re here.

But if you can’t show basic respect, you don’t belong here. It’s that simple.
