June 9th I supplied a dessert table for a retirement pig roast. The dessert table was for 100 plus people, some of the desserts were chocolate covered strawberries, walnut cups, mini pies, cookies, mini cheesecake bites, and kolatchy. There were also two half sheet cakes chocolate and yellow.

This cake is my brothers boat for his 65 bd. Cake is sour cream white almond. Cake is good for decorating and stacking firm texture but moist. Some fondant but mostly buttercream.

Simple wedding cakes. 12-10-8 inches. 8 inch will have light up castle on it. Cakes are all white almond sour cream. These cakes can be displayed at different levels or stacked.

This cake was done for a funeral reception. The bottom was white almond and the cross was chocolate. Red, white and blue was used in the decorations because the man served in the military. Cake can be used for any religious occasion.
