We want to address something that's been happening lately.
Due to ongoing supply issues, we are no longer able to consistently get the chicken pieces we used to serve. We tried everything to keep them on the menu. After Fort Worth stopped carrying them, we began driving to Dallas. When Dallas started having supply issues, my wife and I would wake up early, take our son to school, and drive all the way to Richardson just to buy chicken. Sometimes we'd get there and they would only have one box available.
We also looked at ordering through Sysco and US Foods, but the cost is simply too high to keep our prices reasonable for our customers.
Because of that, we've made the decision to serve jumbo whole wings (white meat) and leg quarters (thigh and leg). All of our other menu items remain the same, and we're committed to serving the same great flavor and quality you've come to expect.
We understand that not everyone will like the change, and that's okay. What we ask is that everyone treat our staff with respect. We've received some rude phone calls and walk-ins over something that has been completely out of our control.
If our menu isn't what you're looking for, we completely understand. You're always welcome to choose another option. But please remember that kindness and respect go a long way.
To everyone who has continued to support Arlanderz through these challenges, thank you. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to serving you.
