Poncho & Lefty's originally opened as a food truck stationed in downtown Beckley as well as various Southern W. The menu has since grown to keep up with our customers and so has the infrastructure. With the love from our community, P&L has become a brick and mortar restaurant that continues to serve Baja style food.
