It’s Doug’s last day at the Bistro.

Doug wasn't a fan of our strange staff, but you local weirdos love us. Y’all suggested his review was bologna and asked that we create a sandwich just for him. So, we give you the “Doug”. White bread, american cheese, cold bologna, and mustard. Every penny of the $5 for this culinary masterpiece will go to CASA of New River. Don't want Doug's bologna? CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates. CASA of New River’s mission is to develop, support, and strengthen CASA programs throughout West Virginia to assure quality volunteer advocacy for abused or neglected children in the state’s court system. These volunteers are the voice for those children and advocate for them in the state’s court system.

💙Our Stella graduated from WVU Tech today!💛
We are closed for the remainder of the evening to celebrate her.
Stella has been with us since we were just a grill in a tent. Now, she’s a college graduate and off to work for one of the best restaurants in WV for Chef Paul Smith.
