Update: I have closed my food truck for the season due to unexpected circumstances involving my other full time job. Catering is still available, however.
I will be rebranding next year. I will no longer be labeled as Baylees BBQ. I feel as though I am alienating potential customers who do not want BBQ and do not realize that I run daily specials everyday that are not BBQ. I will still smoke meats everyday, pulled pork, brisket and ribs and will be available daily. However, the new concept involving the remaining menu will be interesting. I will run a "daily menu" which will be different every day. So basically, no permanent menu. I think this would be an interesting concept and will attract more customers and obtain my regular customers who just enjoy fresh ingredient, made to order items. We all clearly know that I am good at what I do, culinary art. Any ideas or suggestions are always appreciated, including my new business name. Please feel free to make suggestions for my new business name. It must include "Baylee". That is my daughter's name and this is all for her. Please help because I have writers block and I want something that stands out. I will be part BBQ, part food truck, part cafe, as I will have outdoor televisions, extra tables and seating, etc. Live music some weekends, events and charity all you can eat days, etc. Let me here it. If I choose your suggestion, I'll throw you a 30 person, catered feast next season for a date that you choose. Thank you all for your continued business
