Happy Monday!!!

This will be our final post.

It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the end of Bariatric Boxes, LLC. We have been unsuccessful in our attempts to find a new kitchen & most places have denied us due to Covid.

We would like to thank all of our customers & everyone who has supported our growth over the past 29 months. We came up with the concept in October 2017 & launched in June 2018. Without you we wouldn’t exist. We grew because of you. Word of mouth was, without a doubt, our biggest marketing strategy & we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for believing in us. It’s because of you, we could feed ourselves as we continued to learn through our mistakes while inching closer to our ultimate goals.

To our regulars that have been with us through each peak & valley, thank you. A thousand times, thank you!

The support from friends, family, co-workers, new friends & new communities has been extremely humbling. Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for building our confidence week in & week out. It’s truly appreciated.

We hope everyone has a safe & happy holiday season & we hope to see you sometime in 2021.

Happy Sunday!

We are sorry to announce that we were unable to prepare meals this week. Customers with phone numbers in their accounts have been contacted & informed.

If no phone number is listed in the account, an email will be sent out shortly. All orders have been refunded.

We were unaware that the kitchen would not be available to rent until about 11am Saturday.

This is part of an email that was sent to us at 9pm Friday:

“If you have materials in the kitchen that you may need to retrieve....please call us to schedule a time when someone can meet you at the site.

At this point, we cannot have anyone utilizing our property that is not an employee of The Arc Gloucester.

We would like to thank the The Arc Gloucester for allowing us to rent their kitchen since August 2019.

We appreciate all that they have done for us & look forward to following the changes under new leadership.

As for us, we are actively searching for a new commercial kitchen. If you know of any, let us know.

Hola!

We’re excited to be added to this weeks menu. We will have our own drop down menu in the coming hours.

For now we’re mixed in with Bariatric Boxes, LLC Lunch & Dinner offerings with “Cardiac Diet (Low Fat/ No Salt).

We will slowly be adding more options as the weeks continue & would love to know what you’re favorite foods are so that we can recreate them in a heart healthy way.

Beet Boxes are basically Bariatric Boxes without the salt. Our meals are low fat, low calorie, low cholesterol, high protein, high fiber, carbohydrate controlled, with no added salts.

How do you make up for the lack of fat & salt?

Fresh herbs, spices, acid, vinegars, & citrus are a few easy ways.
