Grasshopper pie is something I used to make all the time at my first restaurant job. Our old yard had a literal mint field. It takes a lot of mint steeped slowly in cream to get that much mint flavor without crème de menthe (traditional for grasshopper pie) or extracts, this pie is just fresh grassy real mint.
