Tasting boxes. Or Treat Boxes.
I’ve missed doing these and I see some open weekends this fall where I’m thinking it’ll just be Mama’s Treat Box day!! Feels right?!!! am I right!? This week I had brownies & cookies on the menu and just sold extras. Is that a thing people would want more often? Let me know!
Summer has been amazing and full of incredible weddings but I like to balance out when you just want a box of goodies for you (to share or not, no judgment!)

She’s moody, textured, drippy and DELICIOUS!!
This is one of my favorite flavor profiles… chocolate cake with salted caramel & ganache in the middle. You can change it and make it marble cake… you can change it to Mama’s Buttercream instead of the Italian. But the core is salted caramel and chocolate-y goodness. Yes. Pleaseeee!!

When chocolate cake meets more chocolate and raspberry filling.
She’s chocolate cake with raspberry & milk ganache filling. And then more chocolate in the form of chocolate Italian meringue buttercream on the outside for good measure. The tart raspberry cuts through the deliciousness of it all and just makes each bite delicious.

Macarons…. When given an option, take both. Pretty, handpainted but also oh so delicious!
Salted caramel macarons with a chocolate drizzle and a dash of salt on the shell (the insides have ganache dams with salted caramel wells. Yummmy.
And then the green macs are raspberry flavored shells, raspberry buttercream dam with raspberry preserve in the middle.
I won’t ever flavor just one way with one filling. I’ll always try and put as much flavor into these two bite cookies that I can!!! I got you!
