✨ Big News from Caspian Kabob ✨
After many wonderful years serving the Portland community — first as a food cart and more recently in our restaurant — my wife and I have made the heartfelt decision to sell Caspian Kabob.
This restaurant has been my pride and joy — a place where Persian flavors, stories, and hospitality came together in support of our mission to promote cultural understanding through culinary taste.
I’m happy to share that the new owners are a local Persian-American family who love this community as much as I do. Their passion for high-quality cuisine and their dedication to serve you makes them a great fit to carry this restaurant into its next chapter.
As we prepare to handover the keys this month, we want to thank the Caspian Kabob team and every customer, neighbor, and friend who has supported us over the years. We couldn’t have fulfilled our dream without you.
