🦫 Meet Benny the Beaver. 🦫

We met Benny last weekend, and after we complimented him we were offered to take him along for an adventure at Pizza Dive.

Obviously, we said yes. 😂

Benny is a 3-D printed Beaver, lovingly created and painted by a local mom (who also happens to be a Pizza Dive Mom!) and full of Beavercreek history and personality.

We also got to spend the afternoon with our friends at La Crique Customs, watching them make shirts and create some seriously fun designs celebrating small local businesses. Those bright, colorful “Shop Local, Protect Your Beaver” shirts were absolutely 🔥 and felt very Pizza Dive.

And Benny? He had himself an adventure.

He met the Team, checked out the pizzas, investigated the slices, and generally made himself right at home.

After last night's weather delay, the Backyard Battle finally got its finish this morning... and our Battling Beavers pulled off an incredible win!

Down to the final seconds, a last-minute score put Creek back on top, and they held on to finish it out. Beavercreek 17, Xenia 16! 🎉

Huge congratulations to Beavercreek High School Football on an unforgettable Backyard Battle!

We were proud to be there cheering them on, along with our great friend Mayor Don Adams and one very enthusiastic little Beaver. 🦫😂

And that Beaver? He's hanging out at Pizza Dive today, so stop by and say hi!

Olive oil base. Mozzarella blanket. Fresh + traditional mushrooms. Roasted garlic. Parmesan blizzard after the bake. Mucho? Absolutely.

And tonight, it’s time to kick off football season with Beavercreek High School! 🏈🦫

They’re our school. Our community. Our team.

One of our favorite things about Pizza Dive has absolutely nothing to do with pizza. ❤️

Okay… that's a lie. 😂 It usually involves pizza.

We have coloring sheets in the restaurant, and over the years, our customers have turned them into the CUTEST little pieces of Pizza Dive art. Beavers eating pizza. Beavers declaring us the best pizza ever. Beavers doing… whatever Beavers do. 😂🦫🍕

And we keep them. ❤️

A lot of them are proudly displayed at our Dayton Xenia Rd location because there's just something special about getting something made by hand, by one of our customers, just for us.

So with Beavercreek being VERY much in its Beaver Era right now, it felt like a pretty perfect time to share some of our favorites.

Ummm… DID THAT JUST HAPPEN?! 😂🦫

BEAVERCREEK. On Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. With John Oliver. On HBO. And somehow… Pizza Dive made the cut. 😳🍕🦫

Our little pizza-eating Beaver was on national television. And not just mentioned — John Oliver was talking about all the beavers around Beavercreek, and there we were. WHAT?! 😂

But seriously, the coolest part wasn't seeing Pizza Dive on TV. It was seeing Beavercreek get some love.

Our community has rallied in such a big, beautiful way over the past couple of weeks. Businesses changing their logos. Neighbors showing up. People supporting Beaver's Mini Mart. And now this little story has made it all the way to national television.

John Oliver even called out how this community knows how to rally together.

And he's right.

Beavercreek, you are something special. ❤️🦫

🍕 Both locations are OPEN today!

A quick update on Dayton Xenia Rd: our pizza make line finally reached the end of its repair life, so we’re making a temporary adjustment while we work on a replacement.

For now, we’re borrowing a salad table from Towne Drive and using two tables to keep the pizza line moving. It works — it just means we’ll have a more limited menu at Dayton Xenia Rd for the time being.

That means no salads, BLT Pizzas, or sandwiches with fresh toppings added after the bake. If you’re okay skipping those fresh toppings, we can still make some of those items without them.

We’re grateful to have a second location to help us make it work, and we’ll keep you posted as we get a more permanent solution in place.

Towne Drive is open with our full menu, and Dayton Xenia Rd is open with the limited menu above. Thanks for your patience while we make the best of a tricky situation! 💛
