We’re taking the recent lettuce recalls seriously. Although our original iceberg lettuce was not sourced from Mexico, out of an abundance of caution we will be transitioning to hydroponically grown iceberg lettuce. We also use hydroponically grown lettuce for many of our salads, and our other vegetables and lettuces are not sourced from Mexico.

We’re committed to continuing to provide fresh, high-quality ingredients you can feel good about. If you’d prefer to skip lettuce altogether, we’ve added even more delicious options, including additional rice bowl options and, of course, our fan-favorite loaded potatoes.
