🍓 WE’RE HIRING — LINE COOK 🍓

Wild Strawberry Cafe is looking for a solid, dependable cook to join our team on Beaver Island!

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works hard, and can think on their feet. Restaurant experience is a plus, but we’re most interested in finding someone with a strong work ethic, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to take initiative.

The primary focus of this position will be working the line and helping keep our kitchen running smoothly, with opportunities to be cross-trained in both front and back of house.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Hardworking and reliable
• A good problem-solver
• Able to take initiative and work independently
• Comfortable in a busy kitchen environment
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and cross-train in both FOH & BOH

Potential to continue through the winter.

Before the rumors start flying… we’re not going anywhere! 😘

We never really imagined we’d be making a post like this, but sometimes the right decision for your family means letting go of something you love.

We’re putting our beautiful home on the market as we look for a place that will make life a little more convenient for our family, our work, and our kids. ❤️

This home has been so much more than four walls. It’s where we’ve made countless memories, watched our children grow, shared meals, celebrated milestones, and enjoyed all the little everyday moments that make a house a home.

As much as we love it, we’re ready for a new chapter—one that puts us a little closer to work and makes the day-to-day juggling of family and running Wild Strawberry Cafe just a little easier.
