For 10 lbs of ground beef or less we won’t be handing out plastic bags until check out. That way the cashiers can count them easier than thru a bag.

11 lbs or more
Come to the meat counter and we will bag it up for you. We will place the amount on the bag / box so the check out line can move smoother

We have roughly 4-5 thousand pounds. If we don’t sell out, this will be on sale for Monday! As always it’s all local hanging beef!

Mankind has injected briskets, pork butts , smoked meats, deli meats, and our holiday prime ribs 😉….but many people will live their whole life and never….. ever have injected beef roast. Til Wednesday September 16th

All hanging beef raised locally $8.99 lb, we used all rump roast! You go else where you’re paying that or more. So try the meat of the future out right? We have cooked both and they are an even tie we feel!

The best part about these injected roast,as they cook the juices will cook out. It will make the best broth for you to dip in!
Meat will last 2 weeks in the refrigerator

Vacuum sealing meat from freezer meat and retail products. Able to lift 40 lbs as needed. You don’t have to have any experience at all. Pay base 13-16 dollars
