Hey good call cool cats!

Suppers are getting a decent turn out this week! THANK YOU for coming out and supporting our rag tag operation! Seeing all of you show up to enjoy what we work so hard to do means everything to us.

Here’s the deal-Mike wants to do a fancy Friday supper. It’s going to be fish en papiotte. This will be salmon and veggies in an exquisite buttery sauce baked in a tidy parcel of parchment paper. There will be crab mac and cheese and of course a delightful sweet treat for dessert.

This will be a pre order situation since it’s a lot of special ingredients we don’t usually have on hand. We will need a minimum number of orders to make it happen.

Sure you can do fish fry like you can do any Friday night. But maybe you want to try something kinda fancy but not like super expensive gotta put on your fancy pants fancy. Ya feel me?

We will post more details tomorrow but as far as price we will likely have it at $20 or under for the papiotte.

Heyo!!

Tomorrow’s (Thursday the 16th) supper is gonna be

•Hand made cavatelli pasta in a white wine rosemary cream sauce with bacon and spinach topped with a chicken spiedini (Italian chicken on a stick).

•Our classic Mac and cheese will be available along with Caesar salad.

Need a sweet treat to complete the meal? Crime brûlée and our chocolate pot de creme is what’s goin’ on!
