Chronic Pain Support Group will be meeting this week, Wed., June 3rd @ 1:00 pm at Higher Grounds Coffee Shop. We will be discussing easy ways to activiate the vagus nerve to lower stress symptoms and cortisol levels. As always, newcomers are welcome! Hope to see you there! :)
