Once Upon a Slice 🐍🌙

Once upon a time, deep in the enchanted woodlands, there lived a cake with a secret.

To the world, she wore a cloak of shadows. Her buttercream was painted in misty forest hues, tangled with ferns and pressed pansies. A golden feather crowned her head, and a serpent coiled at her base, keeping her mysteries safe. Moths and butterflies whispered rumors of dark magic. Travelers called her “The Witchy One” and dared not get too close.

But those brave enough to lift a fork discovered her truth.

Inside, she was not shadow at all. She was joy incarnate: funfetti cake, bright as confetti under a solstice sun. Ribbons of tart orange curd ran through her heart like captured daylight. And she was wrapped in clouds of Swiss meringue buttercream, soft and sweet as a lullaby.

The forest had played a trick. What looked like a spell of midnight was really a celebration waiting to happen.

Moral of the story: Never judge a cake by her cloak. Sometimes the most witchy exteriors hide the brightest magic. ✨

I created this cake for one of most loving magical witches I know! Happy Birthday ! 💕💫
